I finished and posted "the final chapter" (which wound up splitting into three chapters before I was done) of Old Moldy WIP #1.

I also finished Old Moldy WIP#2 (aka Impressions), which I am very pleased with.

Both fics sprang from a single fevered plunnie back in 2004. ~ With these two posted I am formally, finally, blessedly, done with all the WIPs in my oldest fandom.

Somehow it turned into a fairly awesome week, writing-wise. :)

I officially completed and posted "Intervention", my second entry for hc_bingo. (Fullmetal Alchemist fic, based on the prompt word interrogation.) Three to go on that challenge now, including the decision of exactly what to do for the wild card; but I expect at least a couple of those to be shorter, and I technically have four months to get them in.

Additionally, I worked on two other WIPs I hadn't dealt with for a bit, and got into them quite nicely. With those I had not one, but two writing days that topped two thousand words (which is big for me)--along with another 1k-word day or two. Yay productiveness!

The bigbang ... well, it might get tweaked.

One of these days I'll get back to a larger project or at least finishing off/adding parts to Heart of Steel ...

Pretty happy - the big bang fic I'd got stuck on got finished, probably got about 10K of extra words in the end, it was submitted in time for the due date and is currently with betas, so it does need a redraft and polish, but the basics are down and now it's just the nerves while I wait to see if it's claimed. Since then I've looked at the other big fic that needs an ending and not come up with anything, but I have managed to write a bunch of fic_promptly prompt fills (comment-fics) 10 so far.

I know I should figure out the ending to the crossover fic but I'm actually feeling more like I want to return to my original pieces and concentrate on those for a while. Still at least I've made progress with something big which is good, right?

It's definitely good and sounds like you've made a lot of progress (and know what to work on later, too - if now is not the right time, don't push it)!

I have finished my horror bigbang and Star Trek bigbang. What I need is to just write for the other three fics.
