Got called into work last weekend, which skunked all my plans. ^^;; No clue about this weekend yet, alas.

Still writing a tiny bit ever day, even if it's only a drabble for 31_days. I need to go through a pull out vague things from my plotbunny list and see if they can match up with those prompts at all, but right now, still celebrating being able to just create in general.

I finally found a summary I like for Unconventional Courtship (which will cross something off), and lots of little things planned for the next few days. Hmm...

I agree! I found a ton of good summaries, but none of them really fit any of my fandoms at all. So finding one that I liked that could be tweaked into one of my fandoms... took some serious digging!

I did find a few summaries where I dropped the books on my wishlist, though!

Camp NaNo is a go after all, so I can get to the bigbang I need to be writing. This is of course assuming I survive the next ~week, oi ... it's almost less the holiday madness as the heatwave coming with it x_x

Daily drabble, working on an exchange signup plan, sorting out some game material plans + alllllmost have one project wrapped up ...

I finished the prompt call and wrote 17,800 words and change in three days.

For the month, I'm over 100K.

Yet, what's eating up my brain is an idea for a story involving two unaccompanied minors who "enter the US illegally," -- the mechanism is handwavey, comic-book stuff, but the entire point is how the kids are treated in a saner universe.

(Yes, I am very, very angry about the ongoing policies which conflict and which leave kids too young to tie their own shoes ALONE in front of immigration judges.)

Did I already post here about how I finished my big bang? If not - I finished my big bang!!! (if I did already comment, I am still elated, don't ruin my fun by pointing that out)

Now I am sort of idling around writing little bits of things while the big one is with my beta. I think I want to do nothing but little things for a while. Before I start in on my next WIP epic, ahahahaha.

Still writing the UC fic, except for last night when the heat got to me and I couldn't even manage a drabble. I don't know whether to change from third person to first, but I think that's because the book I'm reading at the moment is first and I'm enjoying it and the last I read was third and wasn't so good! Also I think there's too much description and not enough emotion so far. It's nice to be writing something without any pressure anyway.

So, I finished my wip bb fic. It's now on the "resting" stage, and I'll pick it up again on 1st July to edit it.
I've done the art! And I'm pretty happy about it. I just need to finalize it (correct the details).

I'm currently writing my assignment for Rare Male Slash Exchange, which is not as good as I want to be but it's not so bad I need to throw it out.
I also volonteered to pinch hit for an initial pinch hit because there was one ship I didn't know I wanted and I needed to see what I could do with it.

I haven't started on my Unconventional Courtship fic yet, but since I've more or less everything outlined, I'm not stressed about it.

I'm going to use the CampNaNoWriMo to whip everything into shape and meet my deadlines without stress. :)

Good luck with the RMSE fics! I almost signed up for that one but realized it was going to collide, time-wise, with the exchange I'm running. I'm still watching the pinch hits, though
