How's everyone doing with their writing this week, now that we've passed the half-way point?  Have you been working on your WIPs?  Made any progress?  Run into any trouble?  Let's talk about it!  


(not sure if I'm supposed to post this, but since nothing was posted yesterday I thought I'd go ahead!)

I made good progress, I think. This evening I got home, fired up the word processor and wrote 725 words in 45mn which was an experiment that seems to have worked out awesomely. Shall repeat and get more data.

That's an excellent pace! Good job!

You should try to keep it up for the rest of the week! 725 x 3 is 2,175, which is roughly 8 pages of writing double-spaced by most standards! It's do-able, but still super impressive!

My daily output is usually about 1k, but I was honestly surprised by how easily the words came out yesterday/today when i did the experiment again, so I think I'm going to keep doing that and then write the remaining words at a more leisurely/scattered pace.
