Still working on that bingo card... it won't get finished this month, but I gave it a good shot. I had some ridiculous days this month with work/school/etc. ^^;;

Nine months, twenty-eight days straight of website updates and new-to-site fics added. (That's 301 drabbles/ficlets/fics/chapters-of added.) Yikes. I am also 99% sure I'll be able to make it to the end of the year without running out of things to post.

Haven't decided on NaNo yet - I might just take this year off and work on other projects, or I may tackle a re-write for 2005's NaNo.

Having at least shaken off the seduction of the Dark Side of the Force, I am back on track on the Kael'thas WIP. ~ As the "chapter" I'm working on has passed 10K and still hasn't completed section 2 of 5 I'm thinking I'll go back to posting in smaller chunks.

I was thinking of using NaNo to finish this beast of a longfic, actually.

Hooray for trickortreatex! I'll be receiving two fics and I'm excited about that. Have written two myself, and wanted to add another as a treat, but so far I haven't gotten around to starting anything.

Have you tried mini_nano? I'll be participating in it this year to at least try and get out a continuous stream of words. :)

I have not finished either of my Finish This Before Yuletide fics. However, with the one that's really weighing on my mind, I at least managed to chat to the recipient. So that's good.

Welp, here comes Yuletide.

I am trying to write 50,000 words towards Yuletide prompts in November (to then be picked over and edited in December). We will probably see by the end of Week 1 if this is a truly terrible idea.

That's an ambitious project! I wish you good luck with that! Did you do that last year as well?

No, I've never tried anything NaNo-ish before! Thank you very much for the luck, I think I'll need it.

For about a week or so I've been cracking out at least one shortfic a day. Mostly fills for femslash100. Apparently this month I had a lot to catch up on after the writing droughts in recent months. I managed to top my word count from last year, but I didn't finish off any of my longer projects that have been waiting for my attention for months. Ahem.

I'd like to continue writing at least one fill per day for femslash100's drabbletag, although I'm not so sure if that's a smart idea, heh.

I'm participating in both yuletide and holly_poly for the first time this year. Yuletide has always scared me, and for the past few years I have wanted to participate, I didn't feel like I had the time to write for an obscure fandom. But now that I've produced four 1k+ works inside a month, I'm beginning to grow confidence in my output. Let's just hope that keeps up, lol.

Yay! That is a great run-up to Yuletide and I hope you have a great time with the challenge - as well as with holly_poly and your other projects. (I'm just biased towards Yuletide.)

I've had some really weird weeks since I last commented here, whining about my Halloween fic... Found out my ex bf is dead, have to get ready for funeral and all that stuff, including meeting the ex inlaws. (Oh that will end well! -_- )

But. Despite all that, I did finish the draft for the damn fic last night! LOL So, my awesome beta is going to go through it today and send it back, so I can edit and fill it out etc, before posting. Tomorrow. No stress. ;)

After this I need to write some lowkey, fluffy porn! Cheer me up a bit. *looks in the bunny hutch*

I have always sworn off NaNo because it doesn't suit such an at-my-own-pace writer as myself, but a recent canon development has made me have ALL THE FEELS, so after pondering whether I should just delete all my plot-bunnies and pack home, I'm now actually considering signing up and write all the fics.

I'm 100% sure I won't make it, but I can't bring myself not to close that NaNo sign up window. Also, I'm not even sure which idea I should work on and it's an all-around bad idea, which is why I might actually do it. ^^;

I let random.org pick my NaNo idea, since I can never decide what to work on. ^^;;

If you do try NaNo, the important part isn't winning - it's challenging yourself to do something you wouldn't normally do.

I did sign up, and while I haven't written anything yet, the idea that prompted me to do it has already developed a beginning, a middle and an end. ^^
