Starting to to finish and post fic/lets for the bingo card I'm working on, and have some other stuff half-scribbled.

Organizing and fixing html on fandom pages of my website. It's a pretty invisible task, but it's something that'll help me out if/when I add to the pages in the future.

Thanks. I do still wish I could go back in time and remind myself that templates aren't evil, there is no need to code each page individually and differently because that'll just make everything really annoying a decade down the road.

I ... read the entire canon for an exchange fic I'm supposed to write by Saturday! It's just 1K but I really need to at least draft it today so I can self-edit and submit. Here's hoping!

Is it a new canon for you or was it a re-read? I find exchange fics hard, nor matter their length or how well I know the canon. But you can do it!

Kind of both! I had read half of it and really knew that I wanted to write for it because it's a small fandom but the canon is really, really awesome. The marathon read might not have been the best plan but at least it's fresh in my mind xD

After spending most of my free time this past week playing SWTOR with the offspring (a free week of sub for creating an account), I'm ready to tackle the Giant WIP again. ~ I want to have chapter 3/5 posted by Oct 30, which is the 12th anniversary of this millennium's fannish activity for me.

Also: The Makeb storyline quests gave me the first plot bunny I've had in ages -- especially when I saw that neither Ao3 not FFnet have any fic about Lord Cytharat.

Not much to tell, except that I finished editing a manuscript for a new publishing house. I have two long fics to write and I should be working on them, but I feel so sick. My brain feels fuzzy.

Turning a short story into a novel. It's slow going--it's hard to settle my brain enough to write lately. I keep rewriting the outline instead.

Also trying to figure out the plan for next year. That alternates between fun and frustrating--fun because WHEE WRITING IS AWESOME and frustrating because my list of unwritten stories just keeps getting bigger.

While I firmly believe a solid outline is important, maybe you need to work on a different hobby/task for a bit to settle your brain? (Sometimes I'll find the most tedious-but-enjoyable thing I can do just to force myself to settle down - model kits, beading, whatnot)

Got off my arse and made some more posts for the Gunvolt script. Also have my trickortreat fic longwritten, need to get that typed finished up and uploaded, yaaaaaaaay *flop*

Not much else aside from flapping like a panicked chicken at the idea of working on that last manuscript I have, alas.
