I'm taichara, and that it's taken two days for me to manage to post this probably~ speaks volumes to how I'm needing a push in the hind end to start doing things again, oi >.>;;

My fanfic production has slowly crept up to a description of "a wee bit" after a virtual blackout of a half-decade or so; I seem to flipflop between drabbles and similar wee bits, and attempting things like the smaller bigbangs *facepalms* The fandoms I'm most inclined towards trying to tackle atm tend to involve mechanicals (Mega Man / Transformers continuities of various stripes) or are (semi-?)outliers like Saint Seiya and now Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. (someday I'll actually write for Awakening ...)

I also have some original work on the burner. I've self-published two novels and I really, really should be doing something with another one or two but my motivation has been eaten by my anxiety D: It's been a bad bad year, and just this January past did its damnedest to top 2013 all in one go DX

So here I am, hoping to get spurred a bit to get some more ficcing, and do something with the near half-dozen original works I'm staring at -- and also the trpg projects I've been letting languish which also need written and/or altering ...

My list is kind of incoherent atm, as can probably be inferred. Oopsie *facepalms*

I generally ignore all the original oavs + Legend of Crimson Youth for Reasons, and mostly default to the manga instead of the anime (except a few cases where there's been bleed-in); Episode G and Next Dimension are likewise ehhnnn. LC I love but admittedly stop paying attention to after the wtf really starts to hit critical mass ;3

First season of Omega is yes, over on Alternate Universe Track #2865, but I haven't watched the second season yet because the new lead annoys the hell out of me. (I'm assured that I should get off my arse and soldier on because I'll enjoy the second half.)

Legend of Sanctuary should be hilarious wrongfun, booyah ~

The version of StS in my head (shared with a friend) takes more than a few more liberties of its own, but this many years on we're happy with the madness we've crufted together ;3~

I've not looked at Omega, I pretend that Tenkai Hen doesn't exist (because reasons), I though G was interesting stylistically but never found translations, and as noted elsewhere I reject ND because short-haired Shion.

The Hades oavs aren't in the original batch, they came years later. I mean Eris/Asgard/Lucifer. (that said, I prefer the manga iteration of the Hades arc anyway ... >.> )

Omega is hilarious, at least season one, and it pulls the rug out from underneath one particular trope in a glorious fashion. The one thing it's woefully lacking is gore but I can add that back myself *grin*

G is at least partially scanlated and still ticking off-and-on -- last I checked, the current progress is over on mangafox -- but I reject anything that takes culpability and purpose away from kuro!Saga. Blah.

Ah, okay. I was confused because I think of Asgard as "series" and Eris et al as "movies" and Hades is the only one I think of when OAV.

Hum, maybe I'll add Omega to my marathon.

There are two different and noncompatable Asgard (thank you so much, Toei) -- Heated Battle of the Gods, the oav, isn't actually connected to the Asgard arc Toei shoved between Sanctuary and Poseidon. The Eris/Asgard/Lucifer trio are only oav length, unlike Legend of Crimson Youth, so oavs *grins*

Saint Seiya's formats are a great and glorious mess, and there's no rhyme nor reason to a lot of them let alone a way to string it all together ~ X3
