With 6 chapters to go and 18 weeks left in the year, I've certainly got to step up the pace (and break the "two months per chapter" curse) if I want to finish by the end of the year.

Also (finally!) wrote the first of who-knows-how-many ficlets involving Prowl and Princess Peach, just because ;3 Although I think I'm not going to make a run of this month's Challenge Week, because again: murderous weather x_x

I have breast cancer surgery on Friday. I will definitely need radiation therapy and may or may not need chemo (I should know by the middle of next week).
Right now, I'm too stressed to write. With the radiation, I don't know; I might be too tired to write. With chemo, I'm almost certain to be too sick to write.
I want to write. I very much want to write.

So I really have to face that when I can't "see" where the story is going, or how the scene plays out, I find it immensely hard to write it. I'll have to remember this.
Another fic back from beta just now, so I'll be editing and posting that. And then onto writing the last fic I need for a

But I did just finish reading The Peace War by Vernor Vinge, and I really enjoyed it and am feeling inspired to do some brainstorming for one of my longer stories!
