[Bunny #1] Make a List

Make a list.

Of every fic/art/icon/whatever bunny you have that you would like to write/create sometime in the foreseeable future. This includes bingo cards, big bangs, comment fics, exchanges, random plotbunnies, sequels, etc.

Detail it if you want to. You can be as vague as you like. No one ever has to see your list but you.

Do it either in your own journal or in a notebook or in the comments or whatever. I usually find one of those blank notebooks I bought with high hopes and then never quite found the words to put in it. They're really good at holding lists.

You can organize however you'd like - ficlets together, epics together, or by fandom, or by what they're for... But one list, in one place.

Take your time. Look through old notebooks, textfiles, e-mail, journal entries... Round up everything.

And hang onto that list. You'll need it.

(I am a 'sense of accomplishment' person, so I'll list even individual chapters on separate lines. Putting a check-mark beside 'Exciting Space Adventures Chapter 7' feels good, even if I'm immediately adding 'Exciting Space Adventures Chapter 8' to the list.)

I keep making lists, and then never look at them again! LOL I like what you've said in comments that it should not be a list of must do (guilt), but a list of want to do. I'll throw off the old old bunnies from fandoms I'm not in anymore and that I know I won't ever go back to. :) I think they're beyond dead anyway! LOL

So, new list! (And the bunnies I did have for the Penisy Kinks Bingo last year will go on in too, because I want to write them even if the deadline is gone and done!)

And in future weeks, we'll do some list-pruning, too. It's okay to let go~ Especially if the bunny is dead, mummified and on its way to the afterlife.

(I still carry my card around - I want to write my Penisy Kinks fics so badly and I just keep not getting to them. Let's pretend there wasn't a deadline?)

Oh, I like the sound of list-pruning! I have a bunch that are more like premise-bunnies, and I should probably take a look at them too and see if I can either turn them into proper plot-bunnies, or if I have to let them go.

(Hahaha! I even forgot at first to post that the deadline had come and gone, so it was a month late! But I plan to make a new Penisy Kink Bingo round this year! Just need to make some planning for it and organize it more properly. In the meantime, we can still play with our old cards. *grin*)

(Awesome! I've pretty much said 'no new bingo cards' this year, but I maaay relapse and grab more peen. And my old card is going to get some action or else!)
